Are DE MOLAI shoes a standard size, or do they fit large/small?

Do you offer returns and exchanges?

Due to the nature of your bespoke, personally designed and made to order shoes, that are the only ones on this planet, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please see the returns policy page for more information.

Will I have to pay any duties or taxes on my order?

You, the customer, will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country of shipping. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. DE MOLAI are not liable for these charges.

Does DE MOLAI abide by the Sales of Goods Act?

Yes. DE MOLAI operates under the sales of goods act. This does not affect your statutory rights.
